The ideal candidate should have:

>> A good eye for aesthetics and design

>> Knowledge of social media trends and best practices

>> Ability to plan, organize, and monitor multiple projects and deadlines.

>> Experience in working with creative professionals and giving feedback.

>> Familiarity with the printing and packaging industry and its cost structures

Description :

The main responsibilities of the creative design coordinator are:

>> To communicate with the creative designer on a daily basis and provide clear instructions on what products to showcase, how to present them, and what tone and style to use.

>> To review the creative designer’s work and ensure that it meets the quality standards and brand guidelines of our company.

>> To post the approved product images and videos on Instagram and Facebook and monitor their performance and engagement.

>> To coordinate with the creative designer on the design and execution of in-shop branding, packaging, pricelists, and catalogues for our products

>> To check the bills of in-shop branding and verify if they are reasonable and within the budget.

>> To ensure that the packaging designs have all the necessary content and information, such as product name, description, ingredients, expiry date, barcode, etc.

>> To report on the progress and status of the creative design projects and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

>> To analyze the followers, engagement, and conversion rates of our social media accounts and devise strategies to increase them.

>> To create and run effective social media campaigns and ads to promote our products and generate leads.

>> To interact with the potential and existing customers on social media platforms and respond to their queries and feedback.
